Sarah Lepke, APRN, provides care to every member of the family.

She began her nursing career in a Sanford Health neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and went on to work at several rural health facilities. She has extensive experience in critical access and rural health.

Sarah has done a bit of everything over her career, including emergency care, trauma, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics and medical and surgical care.

My Idea of Care

I’m committed to treating patients with respect and compassion. I try to treat those in my care as I would treat a member of my own family. I take the time to get to know my patients, and we work together to create their unique diagnostic, treatment and health goals.

I understand that patients have choices when it comes to their health care. I’d like to be the provider they choose because they know that I genuinely care for them. I feel called to this profession. I take that calling very seriously and always work hard to help people however I can. I also recognize my limitations and will not hesitate to refer patients to other specialists as needed.

Personal Interests

Sarah enjoys doing everything outdoors and anything with her family. She loves to camp, hike and boat. She also likes to read.
